This location was excellent and in perfect proximity to the university. We felt safe and the owner was exceptional in getting us checked in and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Second property of Matt’s that we’ve stayed at and always on point. We made lots trips back and forth to the Mizzou aquatic center and was easy.

The place was great! Quiet & clean! Excellent shower pressure as well. Close to grocery store & Missouri University Hospital. Our stay was not for pleasure but recovery after surgery and being that the home is on the first floor & spacious made the stay better! Great communication with the host. When will have to come back for follow up treatment I will stay here.
